GROUP WORKSHOPS

CreativeSelf facilitated workshops contain a total of 10 sessions, twice a month for five months. The process begins with a foundation workshop, which is a prerequisite for all other groups. Sessions range between 2 - 4 hours in length, dependent upon the level of work. Each workshop group consists of 4 - 8 participants for the duration of the level.

INDIVIDUAL MENTORING

Mentoring is a one hour guided process through your self awareness of creative structuring, communication, intention, processing and reflection. Sessions are held in person, by telephone or via Zoom. Individual mentoring can be used as an introduction to the CreativeSelf process for those on wait lists or as practice in support of current group work.
